Opportunity to join a leading resources business as a Senior Accountant and play an instrumental role within their close-knit highly collaborative team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and take ownership of the audit process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accuracy in balance sheet accounts
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support management decision-making
• Drive the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors to provide required documentation and analysis
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis

About you:

• CPA/CA qualification or equivalent
• 3 - 6+ years total experience in financial accounting, preferably within the resources space
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite (highly desirable)
• Confident in stakeholder management
