About the role

Sprint Digital is seeking a driven Digital Marketer / Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth for our business group. What you'll be doing

Creating and managing compelling, on-brand content across various digital channels including social media, websites, and email marketing

Utilising data-driven insights to optimise digital marketing campaigns and measure their performance

Collaborating with the team across 3 businesses to develop and implement integrated digital marketing plans

Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our campaigns

Providing regular reporting and recommendations on campaign performance and strategies

Supporting the broader team with additional tasks as required

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or content creation role.

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

Strong data analysis and campaign optimisation skills, with the ability to interpret and act on key insights

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations
