Not just someone who can sell, but someone who can consult and advise, with fantastic communication skills to deliver killer presentations and win work with key players in the Architectural space.

You've got to be a seasoned Sales professional with a dogged mentality to weather the storm of a challenging market; prepared to work smarter and harder than the rest to win projects.

What’s On Offer?

• $100-120k + super + commissions.
• Fully Maintained Company Car + Tools of Trade
• Immediate commencement for the right candidate.

The Role

• Report to the National Sales Manager
• Build and nurture relationships with trades clients, including joiners, cabinetmakers, and shopfitters.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities, introducing under-sold products to the market.
• Collaborate with hardware stores and wholesalers to broaden product reach.
• Leverage data and analytics to craft and execute a winning sales strategy.

About You

• Deep knowledge of timber products and established relationships in the trade industry.
• Experience in commercial B2B sales, with a hunter’s mindset and resilience to thrive in a competitive market.
• Consultative Approach: Skilled in selling on quality and value, not just price.
• Sharp, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to navigate and articulate complex technical information with ease.
