About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join the Expert Care Services' team in Kingswood, NSW. This full-time role will see you leading the delivery of high-quality aged and disability support services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Managing a team of support workers, providing leadership, mentoring and professional development
• Liaising with clients, their families and other stakeholders to understand and meet their needs
• Developing and implementing service improvement strategies to enhance the client experience
• Monitoring and reporting on service performance, identifying areas for growth and optimization
• Ensuring all documentation and record-keeping is maintained to the highest standards
• Collaborating with the broader leadership team to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar service management role within the aged care or disability support sector
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for community services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Proven experience in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Allied Health, Social Work or Community Services
