Tulgeen Group is a multi-faceted profit-for-purpose organisation, which, from informal origins in the mid 1970’s, has grown into a highly-regarded disability services provider. Currently employing 130 staff – who in turn earnestly support over 130 clients across multiple locations and commercial operations.
We're looking for an Inclusion Services Manager (ISM) who will help support our goal of bringing people with disabilities into work and other meaningful activities, and to build social connections, helping them grow in their lives and careers, through our client inclusion services programs and Disability Employment programs.

The Role
The ISM role requires the practical application of a range of operational, administrative, and interpersonal leadership skills within a highly skilled, inclusive and caring workforce who make a profound positive difference to the lives of people with disability.
Principle Requirements - The ISM for Tulgeen Disability Services; Is directly accountable for effective compliant delivery of all client inclusion services programs and Disability Employment, including:
Complex Care
Respite services
Bega Insync
Merimbula Insync
Art in Garage
INPRINT
Riverside Nursery
Australian Disability Enterprises / supported employment
Customised employment
This role is responsible for leading, managing, and developing all inclusion and ADE Management and Leadership services workers to meet client and organisational requirements.
Provides accurate information and data for operational budgets.
Works collaboratively with the client services manager in developing inclusion services business and strategic plans that align with Tulgeen's strategic directions.
Effectively communicates accurate information to clients, advocates, external agencies and the inclusion services teams in the delivery of high quality and timely services.
Works collaboratively with all Tulgeen managers to identify, monitor, mitigate, review and report on all inclusion services related business, services delivery and work environment risks.
Works collaboratively with all Tulgeen managers to facilitate compliant change management in the implementation of revised commercial, financial, strategic and operational priorities and objectives.
Effectively oversees inclusion services team resourcing requirements weekly.
Establishes sound effective relationships within and outside the organisation.
Location: Primarily based at Tulgeen’s inclusion services centre - Insync, Spindler Street Bega, NSW and other locations, as occasionally required to meet the role requirements.
Reports To: Tulgeen Group General Manager or their stated delegate.
The Person best suited for this role
Is a multi-skilled manager or coordinator with a range of industry relevant professional and leadership experience who naturally models the organisation’s behavioural values.
Is a person of Integrity who engenders trust and respect within the client base, the community and the workforce.
Is a capable professional who can effectively oversee, lead and direct a highly skilled group of workers, in a dynamic service environment involving operational complexity across a variety of programs.
Is able to develop rewarding internal and external relationships by applying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
May not have formal qualifications or training in disability, although highly desirable, but will have other skills, experience, capabilities and transferable qualifications that will support a successful and enjoyable career.
