The Role:

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by supporting the project management team with documentation, reporting, procurement, and client communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day administration across multiple projects

Preparing and managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes

Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination

Managing project schedules and tracking milestones

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a Project Administrator role within the construction industry

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
