What You’ll Do:

As a Spray Dryer Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Operate, monitor, and control automated manufacturing equipment via SCADA systems and HMI interfaces. (e.g., liquid and powder mixing equipment, spray dryer , roller drum dryers, pasteurisers, fillers, and packaging machines)

Perform routine equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers according to standard operating procedures.

Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product specifications are met throughout the production cycle.

Identify, diagnose, and escalate equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance or adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and participate in root cause analysis.

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Record production data, downtime, and maintenance activities using digital and manual logbooks or MES systems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste or downtime.

Following safety and food quality guidelines at all times.

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes

What We’re Looking For:

We value experience, but we also believe the right attitude is everything. Ideally, you have:

Previous experience as a spray dryer operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)

Hygienic clean environment - HACCP & GMP on site

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment

A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team

Ability to carry out manual handling tasks

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when needed (Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift)
