About the role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team at ENT Gosford. As Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and efficient welcome to our patients and visitors. This full-time position is based in our Gosford, NSW 2250 office.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing the reception desk, including answering and directing incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing bookings efficiently
• Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-focused receptionist or administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including MS Office
• A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
