About the Role

It's a chance to join KHI Property Partners—a values-led buyer’s agency backed by a professional advisory group that supports over 14,000 client groups across 27 partners in a multiplinary disciplined practice with accounting, mortgage broking and financial planning .

We’ve built our reputation—and our business—on the back of property investment success. Now, we’re expanding our buyer’s agency and looking for a Melbourne-based property sourcer to be our expert on the ground, helping identify investment-grade opportunities both locally and nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

Researching and identifying properties that meet the unique investment goals of our buyer clients

Attending inspections, open homes, and auctions across Melbourne to assess opportunities

Developing strong relationships with local agents and vendors to gain access to on- and off-market deals

Providing detailed sourcing reports and property analysis to support client decisions

Coordinating the due diligence process—working with valuers, conveyancers, and brokers to ensure seamless outcomes

Supporting our buyer’s agents with clear communication and property insights

Representing KHI’s core values of acumen and heart in every client and agent interactionWhat we're looking for

Proven experience in a buyer's agency, property sourcing, or similar real estate role, with a strong understanding of the Melbourne property market

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and provide insightful recommendations

A customer-centric approach, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients

Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as property, real estate, or business, would be highly regarded

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in buyer’s advocacy, real estate sales, or valuation

Deep knowledge of the Melbourne residential property market

A genuine love for property investment and helping clients achieve financial freedom

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and comfort working with data and CRM tools

A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to attend inspections most days
