About the Role: We seek an experienced Buyer’s Agent or Property sales professional with a true passion for property acquisition and a track record of delivering outstanding results. You will be an expert at identifying opportunities, coordinating property due diligence negotiating deals, and steering clients through the entire property purchasing journey with seamless communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sourcing & Market Insight: Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify the best property opportunities, staying ahead of market trends to provide value to our clients.

Client Management & Communication: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear, effective communication at all stages of the buying process.

Negotiation Excellence: Secure the best possible terms for clients, demonstrating your ability to handle complex negotiations with confidence and skill.

Research & Analysis: Provide comprehensive, data-driven reports on property and market conditions to inform decision-making.

Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy from property inspections through to final contracts, leaving nothing overlooked in the buying process.

Legal & Financial Acumen: Familiarity with contracts, conveyancing, and financial considerations relevant to property transactions.

Industry Connections: Utilize and grow your network of agents, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to benefit our clients.

Team Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
