Northern Plastic Surgery NT seeks a nurse to assist in the practice. The duties are post operative wound dressings and suture removal. There is a requirement to set up equipment for skin lesion removal and administrative duties including conveying and auditing patient results, ordering stock and taking peri-operative photos.

Having basic nursings skills to remove sutures and wound dressings is helpful but can be learnt on the job. The job is Monday and Thursday 0830 to 1630 and Friday from 0900 to 1600. There is flexibility with overtime. The doctor is present Monday, Thursday and some Fridays. Admin team is always present.

The job aligns with the fairwork awards for the NT and the salary is the entry point for Level 4 registered nurse, although enrolled nurses and registered nurses may apply. There are additional staff performance bonuses.
