About the Role

Our Theatre team is seeking experienced Scrub Scout Nurses to join our growing and vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis – multiple opportunities available to join a growing team.

Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurses (IV Qualified) are welcome to apply!

The Operating Theatres offer flexible rostering to balance work and family commitments, a commitment to ongoing education and a friendly work environment. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work among a fantastic team in an even better location!

Your Skills and Experience

• Relevant current registration with AHPRA as Registered or an Enrolled Nurse (IV qualified)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in perioperative nursing
• Experience in scrub/scout nursing is essential with orthopaedic experience highly regarded
• Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing specialities will be highly regarded

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances:

Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation (QLD Enrolled Nurses Level 1-2)

Registered Nurses: $41.89 - $54.01 + superannuation (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8)
