We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-impact Federal Government initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex project delivery across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering tangible benefits to the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, procurement, stakeholder engagement, change control, governance, and reporting.

Leading and managing project delivery teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Efficiently tracking and managing issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Managing change processes in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Documenting a comprehensive Management Plan that outlines the actions required to realise project benefits.

Preparing timely, accurate, and high-quality reports and project documentation.

Ensuring effective knowledge and skills transfer to departmental staff.

Storing all documentation in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policies and practices.

Essential Requirements:

NV1 security clearance.

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within a government or highly regulated environment.

Proven leadership in managing delivery teams and stakeholder relationships.

Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative approach with a focus on capability uplift and documentation integrity.
