Our client, a very well funded top tier Federal Government entity is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in July.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in a government or highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and contract management.
• Knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity, or relevant industry standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, or similar).

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and senior management, to ensure project objectives and requirements are clearly defined and met. Provide regular updates on project progress and manage expectations.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the project. Develop mitigation strategies and manage risks to ensure projects stay on track.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills and capacity to achieve project objectives.
