Nature Baby is an innovative New Zealand retail brand selling natural and organic baby products sought after both locally and around the globe. We are expanding and we're excited to be hiring for part-time and full-time roles for our flagship Australian store and community space in Paddington, Sydney.

Our stores are warm, calm environments bringing together the best for baby, naturally. We're passionate about building strong lasting relationships by going the extra mile for customers and ensuring that our staff have the best product knowledge.

We're looking for experienced full time and part time Retail Assistants for our Paddington store. If you're motivated and have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences as well as working with an inspiring sales team, we'd love to hear from you. We have a high staff retention rate, these positions have only become available due to growth, and the internal promotion of some of our amazing team members.

Greet and assist all customers and provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor

Maintain visual merchandising and store displays and represent the brand

Assist with shop floor replenishments and daily store operations

Work with the team to meet sales KPIs
