Known for their high-quality, performance-driven apparel, our client is ready to bring their premium sportswear to Sydney. They are seeking passionate and energetic Retail Assistants to be a part of their exciting journey, providing exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand on the shop floor.

This is an incredible opportunity to work for a rapidly growing brand in the athleisure space and be a key player in the success of their first Australian store.

Role Overview: As a Retail Assistant, you will be an essential part of the store team, helping to deliver outstanding customer service, support daily store operations, and ensure the store is visually appealing. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to maintain a positive, high-energy environment, all while driving sales through your passion for fitness and athleisure products.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, offering advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• 
  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range to offer expert recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• 
  Support store operations, including restocking, organising displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and visually appealing.
• 
  Help drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting the brand's athleisure wear through your passion for fitness and sports.
• 
  Assist with inventory management and keeping track of stock levels.
• 
  Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues.
• 
  Help with online order fulfilment when necessary, including packaging and ensuring smooth transitions between the physical and online store experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  Passionate about sports, fitness, running, or athleisure wear - a genuine interest in the active lifestyle is a must!
• 
  Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or athleisure (but not required).
• 
  Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
• 
  Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• 
  Ability to stay organised and contribute to the smooth running of the store.
• 
  Comfortable with technology, and ideally familiar with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• 
  Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow with the brand.
