Yokohama-TWS is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of Industrial Tyres worldwide. Nationally we have a network of owned and operated Interfit branches which supply, fit, and service Industrial Tyres to a vast portfolio of customer machinery and fleet equipment.

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder, who will be based at Keysborough and who can multitask and think on their feet.

The position has two elements: Firstly, working with the branch and state managers in supporting the day-to-day running of our two Melbourne branches including:

· Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Entering orders into the ERP and follow them through to delivery.

· Identifying product availability and lead time.

· Scheduling work activities and deliveries.

· Supporting selling initiatives.

· Verifying and checking invoices.

· Maintaining accurate and organised records.

And secondly, supporting the finance team in both accounts payable and accounts receivable by:

· Ensuring data reliability and accuracy

· Updating standard financial reporting

· Creating ad hoc analysis reports

· Managing ERP tasks and processes

· Providing administrative support

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident and a reliable team player and be comfortable being flexible as they move between the two elements of the position as required.
