Star Advisers looking for an energetic and confident person to join our busy accounting practice as our receptionist and admin assistant in our Morley office.
We are a small friendly practice with offices and staff in Morley and West Perth.
The work includes
- Assist practice staff with daily admin tasks, scheduling appointments, and client needs
- You will be the first contact for clients, handling phone calls & emails professionally
- Maintain client files and records
- Enter and update client information, financial data, and other records
- Manage internal and external communications
- Support projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of English, and ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. Bosnian or Croatian language skills a bonus.
- Familiarity with Practice management software such as Xero XPM (desired, but not essential)
