What We Offer:
- Salary range between $60,000 - $70,000
- Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The work includes
- Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and client needs.
- You will be the first contact for clients, handling phone calls & emails professionally.
- Maintain client files an records.
- Enter and update client information, financial data, and other records.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Support projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Practice management software. We use Xero XPM and Access Handisoft PM.
