Indigenous Managed Services are a well-respected Government-approved contractor and supplier of land management and grounds maintenance services. Our experienced team – comprising both Indigenous and non-Indigenous professionals – brings specialist expertise across environmental assessment, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, re-vegetation, fencing, and site rehabilitation. With a strong focus on sustainability and cultural knowledge, we deliver high-quality solutions across a wide range of land care and environmental services.

Due to a new contract, we are seeking an enthusiastic team player, who takes pride in their work and wishes to work with a friendly and supportive team.

This role is a secure permanent or long-term contract work on the Kwinana strip. New plant and equipment supplied.

The Role:

• Managing a small team of two workers
• Strong commitment to working in a safe manner, whilst understanding and complying with site/company OH&S regulations and procedures.
• Attend meetings and provide reports on activities
• Cut/mow grassed areas
• Remove and control weeds
• Weed spraying
• Mulching
• Hedging etc.

Preferred Experience:

• Drivers Licence
• Previous experience supervising staff
• 3 + years relevant experience
• Pesticide/chemical technician Licence
• Maintenance of reticulation
• Able to operate plant and equipment inc. ride on mowers, whipper snipper, hedgers, chain saw etc.
• Able to pass a Drug and alcohol check and Medical
