Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate client scheduling for psychiatric assessments and consultations.

· Act as the first point of contact for all client queries via phone and email.

· Create, update, and manage client records and documents with utmost accuracy.

· Liaise between medical staff, clients, and external key stakeholders.

· Utilise a CRM to manage, track and report on client interactions.

· Have an eye for detail and conduct Quality Assurance activities on the reports.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, preferably in psychiatry or veteran healthcare.

· Experience working with the Department of Veteran Affairs. Familiar with the 3 type of legislations MRCA, DRCA and VEA.

· Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Experience with CRM and PMS software is desirable.

· Previous experience in handling medico legal reports preferred.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
