Stellar Recruitment are on the lookout for dedicated Boiler Attendant to join a dynamic team in Queensland with a well established client in the beef industry! This role is on a rotating morning, day and evening shift roster and will be a key member on a team that puts its culture first.

Job Summary:
The Boiler Attendant is responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring boilers to ensure a steady steam supply for meat processing operations. This includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain steam boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report any faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain records of boiler operations and water treatment.
• Support general maintenance tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Boiler Operation Certification (e.g., Boiler Attendant’s Certificate)
• Experience in an industrial or food processing environment - preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in conditions that include exposure to heat, steam, and industrial noise.
