This is a senior-level role, perfect for someone who’s helped lead or grow a business and is ready to play a key role in scaling an agency.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the owner to drive performance across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the team delivers on time and at a high standard
• Leading and managing internal teams and external contractors
• Acting as a strategic lead for client performance and retention
• Managing client satisfaction and relationships to ensure we deliver consistently great results
• Overseeing business performance metrics and reporting
• Identifying and implementing systems and processes that improve efficiency and scale
• Driving business growth, planning, and team development
• Managing end-to-end project delivery and ensuring accountability within the team
• Contributing to hiring and resourcing as we expand
• Collaborating with the Founder on strategic direction and scaling initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who:

• Has 3+ years experience in a Business Manager, General Manager, or Operations Manager role
• Has led or supported the growth of a service-based business or agency
• Brings strong leadership and people management skills
• Understands the importance of client success and relationship management
• Is confident in managing marketing or creative teams
• Has a strategic mindset with a track record of results
• Is extremely organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, or CRMs
• Understands or has a passion for the health, fitness, or wellness space

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency
• Knowledge of the Australian fitness or allied health market
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or email marketing tools
• Experience working remotely or managing remote teams
