About the Role

The Medical Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for the clinic.

Duties

You will be responsible for:

• Front of house reception duties
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing phone calls & emails
• Assisting with GP requests
• Registering patients to the GP Clinic

This position is in Robinvale, it's temporary (4 days a week) for a period of 2-3 months.

Skills & Experience

You must have:

• Previous experience as a receptionist
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
• An immediate availability to start!
