About the role

We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Receptionist to join our specialist cardiology practice in Bendigo, Victoria. As a full-time Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical team. What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient enquiries

Processing of medical payments and insurance claims

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked office space

Providing administrative support to the medical team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in using medical practice software

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
