About the Role
Reporting to an inspiring People Connect Team Leader, you’ll be part of a close-knit and high-performing People Services team. This is a fantastic step-up role for someone looking to deepen their HR skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a range of HR queries via a shared inbox, covering onboarding, offboarding, contract generation, policies, workers’ comp, and payroll triage
• Drafting employment contracts and letters of offer
• Assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS and supporting the migration of employee data
• Jumping into a variety of generalist HR tasks as needed – no two days are the same!

About You
To be successful in this role you will:

• 2+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role
• Naturally curious, adaptable, and proactive — not afraid to ask questions
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Excited to grow and learn within a supportive People & Culture team
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in North Ryde
