Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice and project management for the APS Employee Census and other engagement surveys.
Support the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Manage the recognition program, including annual awards and event recognition.
Conduct research, analyse employee metrics, and prepare reports for governance committees.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance engagement programs.
The Ideal Person Will Have:
Strong teamwork skills, fostering a professional and collaborative HR environment.
Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities for high-quality reports and briefs.
Ability to interpret legislation and policies to support sound decision-making.
Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Commitment to collaboration, integrity, and customer service, with a willingness to learn budgeting and procurement processes.
