About the Role:

As the Area Manager /Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of 5 Services in the Northwest Sydney. You will work alongside a dedicated team to manage:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law, and National Regulations.

Lead and mentor OSHC educators to deliver programs that enhance children’s learning, development, and well-being.

Monitor care quality, conduct regular assessments, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Build strong connections with families, stakeholders, and the community to ensure inclusive service delivery.

Implement policies and procedures to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.

Oversee daily service management, including staffing, resources, and budgeting.

Coordinate safe and engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.

Provide ongoing guidance and professional development support to the team.

What you'll need to prosper:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A Diploma in School Aged Care or Approved Qualification

4+ years of experience as a Nominated Supervisor overseeing multiple centers and managing diverse teams.

Willing to Travel to multiple sites / services in Northwest Sydney.

Comprehensive knowledge of childcare compliance, self-assessment, and the Quality Improvement Process.

The ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management certificates.
