About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nominated Supervisor to lead our Exceeding-rated service located in the heart of Buderim. This 91-place service prides itself on its embedded practices, which align seamlessly with our service philosophy, the National Quality Framework, and our Strategic Annual Plan for 2025.

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping a positive and collaborative team culture, while ensuring our service maintains its high standards of quality and compliance. You will be instrumental in building meaningful relationships with families and the local community to foster supportive and inclusive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
• Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with families and community members to build trust and collaboration to uphold our strong community engagement.
• Ensure the service operates in full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, as well as all other relevant legislation.
• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and professionalism through consistent daily practices and the thoughtful use of authentic resources.
• Oversee all aspects of the service’s daily operations, including team development, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and enrolment processes to ensure smooth and efficient business practices.
• Lead by example, demonstrating proficiency and awareness in every aspect of your role.

Qualifications and requirements

• Hold a minimum of Diploma of ECEC or higher
• Hold a current Blue Card
• Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
