Our Area Manager role is a senior leadership and planning role, which in other companies may align with a Regional Manager title.

We are currently hiring for AMs in all areas, with a focus on the North-East region. Note that our office is based in East Melbourne.

Job Description

What will you do

• Coach and mentor Coordinators across your portfolio
• Drive quality care, enrolment growth, and financial performance
• Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
• Building strong relationships across teams while keeping everything safe and complian
• Step in during critical incidents and planning ahead for training needs

Qualifications

Who are we looking for

A confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and a can-do attitude

Someone who gets stuck in and leads by example

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable
• Proven Area Manager/ senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
