Our client has established themselves as an award winning industry leader in design and construction of custom and luxury homes in South East Queensland. This company does outstanding architectural builds throughout Brisbane and a highly regarded brand name.

You will be brought on to supervise with the team and be supplied with 2-5 million dollar builds holding 3-6 at once. Our client has excellent long terms relationships with consistent and reliable trades so you can get on with the job of building.

Role

• Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor compliance
• Complete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S compliance
• Record and report variations
• Track and control construction schedules, progress reporting to management
• Manage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanship
• Place orders for materials and trades as required
• Liaise with internal team members and external consultants
• Liaise with clients
• Reporting to the Director

The Person:

• Minimum 3 years' Site Supervisor experience
• Certificate IV of Construction or equivalent
• Must have suspended slab experience
• Must have Block work concrete experience
• QBCC Builders License (Builder Low Rise) or Site Supervisor
• Experience with Onsite Companion software an advantage
• White Card certified
• Self-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Offer

• $115K - 130k + Super + Vehicle
• Small number of custom homes to manage
• Work sites generally within 20km radius of Brisbane
• Work with reliable and expert trades
