The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll take the reins on an upcoming $4M boutique high end residential build in Northbridge—an ultra-high-end project with a single basement and impeccable finishes. Beyond this, there are several luxury residential builds and complex refurbishments lined up across the coming months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of site operations – trades, subcontractors, suppliers
• Maintain exceptional quality in carpentry, joinery & overall finishes
• Interpret architectural plans and keep projects on track
• Enforce WHS standards and manage site safety
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
• Solve problems and drive progress on high-end builds

What You’ll Bring:

• Carpentry trade background (ideally)
• Strong track record managing high-spec residential
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, especially around finishes
• Valid driver’s license
