Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end apartment development in the Eastern suburbs. The Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes and maintaining a safe and productive site.

• Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Overseeing quality control, inspections, and defect management.
• Managing project scheduling, material orders, and site logistics.

About You

• A trade qualification or tertiary background in construction management.
• 5+ years' experience in a Site Management role, ideally on commercial or high-end residential projects.
• A strong track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
