With a string of project awards in Governmental, Education, Aged Care and Healthcare sectors, the company is now seeking a passionate and experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Control and management of entire site and all site staff including internal and external
• Planning & costing as well as scheduling too ensure timely delivery of project and project deadlines
• OH&S
• QA & QC of all works & procedures on site to ensure it meets all necessary requirements and legislation
• Management of daily operations on site as well as leading site meetings
• Handling of all on site communication to both client and sub-contractors

Role Requirements:

• 4-10 years (min) proven site management experience across the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Health Care, Aged Care, Leisure/Aquatic, Retail, & Governmental/community or similar sectors
• Trade qualification or associated tertiary qualification
• Strong experience in project programming & planning
• Proven ability to assist with scheduling and programming of site works
• Proven track record successfully delivering projects valued between $30Mil - $50Mil+
• A sound knowledge of WHS&E with solid communication and relationship building skills
• A true passion for the construction industry coupled with driven & positive personality
