Leasing Manager - Docklands

This Leasing Manager opportunity in Docklands would ideally suit a leasing agent or a candidate with Real Estate Experience. We are looking for an individual ready to step up to manage the leasing & field work associated for a portfolio of ~200 properties and learn property management properly!

This agency is a close-knit office who progresses their own staff and have incredible longevity within their management team! Working amongst a busy rentals department and successful sales team, your role will entail overseeing the day-to-day management of the end-to-end leasing process for clientele's properties located in Docklands

This office specialises in new house & land packages & freestanding homes/townhouses in Melbourne

This role would suit an experienced individual, There is also potential in this role to grow into a Junior/ Property Manager role and take on your own portfolio of properties!

In this role, we want a team player! You will be working with a team of experienced property managers, drawing from years of experience you will be provided with the tools you need to become the best!

JOB DUTIES:
- Routine inspections
- Holding properties open for inspection
- Completing some condition reports
- Responding to rental application enquiries
- Building your name in the industry with clients and tenants
- Organising some maintenance

- Salary of $65,000 + Super (With commissions available)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Experience (ideally) as an assistant PM or Leasing agent
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
- 6-12 months RE experience (ideally)
- Valid drivers license
