This role is a permanent and full-time opportunity, based at Raywhite Sunnybank Hills office. As an Property Manager, you will contribute to a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability with Ray white and respective external property and facilities teams. Partnering and collaborating with your team to achieve high outcomes, you will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services across south Brisbane.

You will make an impact by:

~Demonstrating high level of customer service and building strong relationships, ensuring high level of customer service needs are met.
~Arrears management and lease account management.
~Continuous development of knowledge across building services and the Real Estate market.
~Working closely with the Facilities Management team
~Completing lease tracking and associated monthly reporting.

About You

~Tertiary qualification in business, economics, property, finance, or related discipline is preferred.
~An understanding of lease interpretation, lease administration and property finance principles.
~Strong verbal and written communication skills.
~Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
~Open communicator, collaborative and always wanting to excel and drive results.

About you:
~Passionate about Property Management and Customer Service
~Hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate
~Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
~Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving.
~Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery.
~Always looking to grow and develop.
