The Opportunity
As a Marketing Operations and Campaigns Lead, you'll be at the heart of bringing our data driven marketing strategy to life, through digital and traditional channels. The Digital Marketing Adviser will report into you and offer support in a wide range of content creation activities to bring campaigns and BAU activities to life.
You'll work within a team of four with an environment that thrives on shared goals and creativity, helping to support workers, employers and stakeholders with critical services and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Adviser to create high quality content for campaigns and BAU activities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Including organic and paid social media, website content, email marketing, printed collateral, industry publications and on-site activations.
- Review and present analytics and data to make evidence-based marketing decisions.
- Managing campaign and project budgets and tracking campaign performance. Oversee social media, email marketing, web content and content marketing campaigns.
- Advise internal clients including management on best practice campaigns, communication and content.
- Manage high-profile communication projects for the business.
- Create and direct team to execute social media strategy to align with business goals and engage members. Create social media strategies aligned to business goals, direct their execution.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors, promoting brand values.
About You
You will have:
- 5+ years in a similar role demonstrating proven success in operational marketing or similar
- Relevant experience in integrated campaign development and management
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of marketing stack platforms
- Capacity to liaise with a variety of vendors including graphic agencies, printers and video production houses
- Creative problem solver
- Team oriented - able to develop and manage strong working relationships with all internal departments and liaising with stakeholders and internal staff.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
Your experience will include:
- Leading the delivery of high-profile marketing and communications projects including crisis communications and annual reports.
- People management in the marketing and communications space
- A sound understanding marketing technology such as content management systems, CRM tools, social media platforms, and eDM systems.
- Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver on goals and objectives
- Possessing a valid Victorian driver's licence.
