What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth and achieve key goals.
• Leading event marketing efforts, from trade expos to local and interstate events, overseeing strategy and reporting.
• Managing branding and content strategies to ensure consistent messaging across digital, email, and social platforms.
• Working closely with sales and product teams to create localised campaigns that support business objectives.
• Leading customer communications, ambassador programs, and referral campaigns.
• Future opportunity to build and lead a team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to execute a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy while being hands-on with day-to-day activities.
• Strong background in multi-channel campaigns, events, content, communications, and brand building.
• Driven by KPIs and growth goals.
• A creative and proactive approach to brand-building and lead generation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
