About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a proven track record in leading marketing and sales campaigns, team education, and strategic initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting operational processes, creating impactful campaigns, and driving client engagement. Fluency in Spanish is an added advantage, reflecting our plans to expand into Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Oversee brand positioning and innovative campaigns that drive capital-raising efforts.
• Lead initiatives targeting engagement through social media, video tutorials, and event promotions.
• Lead capital-raising initiatives by preparing and managing investor presentations, pitch decks and information memorandums.
• Manage sales campaigns, including the creation of collateral, financial tracking and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Insightly CRM system and databases to ensure accurate client and financial records.
• Collaborate with the team to create technical sales strategies and enablement tools to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end operational processes, including budget management, supplier payments and trust accounting.
• Oversee documentation processes, ensuring all contracts, agreements and reports are accurate and compliant.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events and client workshops.
• Analyse campaign and sales performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff and any relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, technical understanding and operational processes.

Expected Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, operations or capital-raising, ideally within the financial or investment sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Insightly CRM platforms; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus but not required, as we have plans to expand into Spanish-speaking countries in the future.
