Benefits Realisation Analyst

Payrate: $969.00 Per day including super + GST
Assignment until: 6 months duration
Location: Surry Hills/Parramatta/WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance corporate and business systems by aligning business processes with technology solutions and lifecycle planning.
• Conduct commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and cost optimisation.
• Analyse, consolidate, and present insights to support business cases and provide effective ICT support.
• Design and implement data collection and reporting tools; lead lessons learned and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead the development of benefits identification, realisation, and measurement frameworks.

Essential

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex ICT project environments.
• Proven ability to identify, analyse and track benefits across project/program lifecycles.
• Strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis (not requiring advanced data science).
• Expertise in developing evaluation metrics and contributing to project/program evaluation reports.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in healthcare or working with clinicians is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with benefits management frameworks (e.g. NSW Benefits Management Framework).
