Randstad is currently working with a large banking client to find a Senior Data Management Analyst. This role is based in Brisbane CBD with WFH flexibility.

Contract timeline: 6 month contract
Rate: $935 Inclusive of Super

Role/Projects Overview:

• Time deposit project, Introducing a new product into a new digital platform. Get new product onto the original banking system.
• New products being introduced in core banking platform.
• Do social target mapping to make sure product information flows through data platform.
• Regulatory projects - AML first, security etc.
• Project is part of a bigger transformation project! More about getting all products onto the digital stack.
• Biggest challenge is to get the very specific requirements and map it to the work that needs to be done in the warehouse. Need great communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Experience working in enterprise data platforms (data lake, data warehouse, Analytical Data Store, Operational Data Store etc.)
• Experience in standard data management practices - data mappings, Interface Specifications, data profiling, data classification, data quality
• Solid Technical knowledge around SQL, DataBricks with basics of Python
• Basic understanding of data modelling
• Experience with any data management tools (preferred)

Soft Skills:

Strong Communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) with ability to communicate in both technical and business language

Domain Skills:

Experience working in regulated industry (7+ banking and financial services exp. preferred)
