As the Assistant Venue Manager at San Telmo, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day front-of-house operations, leading the team on the floor and ensuring smooth, high-quality service every shift. While the Restaurant Manager focuses on broader strategic goals, you’ll be the key driver of operational excellence—managing rosters, overseeing inventory, driving recruitment, conducting performance appraisals, and upholding our renowned guest service standards. You’ll also play a vital role in developing and mentoring our FOH Supervisors in line with their growth plans. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role with real responsibility, daily impact, and a clear path to career progression within a supportive and experienced management team.
Think you've got what it takes? The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, with a strong background in front-of-house operations and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage budgets, including wages and beverage costs.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high service and food quality standards.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff, with a track record of fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

He is regarded as one of the most important parrilla craftsman in the world. Pirincho’s previous customers include former Argentine presidents, the Ferrari workshop in Modena, and the VIP restaurant in the Barcelona FC Stadium.
