About the Role: We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new Steakhouse brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with strong leadership skills, a love for fire-based cooking, and the drive to elevate a brand to the next level

We believe that every detail from the first greeting to the last bite is designed to feel personal, confident and timeless, we also believe the kitchen is at the heart of that experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Full control of kitchen operations – staffing, rostering, supplier management, and inventory

· Design and execute seasonal menus focused on premium steaks and grilled dishes

· Utilise Josper-style cooking and charcoal grilling techniques

· Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency standards

· Lead, train, and inspire a committed kitchen team

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a grill/steakhouse setting

· Hands-on experience with Josper ovens and charcoal grilling

· Strong leadership and staff development skills

· Passion for quality ingredients, smoky flavours, and kitchen excellence

· Proven ability in budgeting, food costing, and stock control
