The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be working in a team of six, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• End to end payroll processing (multiple payrolls)
• Leave management, salary packaging, superannuation and tax
• Set up of new employees and processing terminations
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholder queries
• Identifying and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Ad hoc Project work (Audit, compliance and reporting)

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Highly experienced in end to end payroll
• Ability to interpret Awards and EA's
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation
• Capabilities in process improvement and Audit
• Strong payroll systems exposure
• A team player, with a professional and positive attitude
