About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a creative powerhouse to supercharge Knobby’s social presence.

As our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll take the reins on our social platforms, creating, curating and managing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more. From ideation to execution, you’ll bring our brand to life, manage the content calendar, lead photoshoots, collaborate with influencers and keep our community buzzing. This isn’t just about posting. It’s about thinking big, taking risks and creating content that people can’t scroll past.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Development & Social Media Management
Develop, create and publish engaging content while owning the end-to-end management of Knobby’s social platforms. This includes planning, briefing, scheduling and posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat, ensuring relevance, consistency and engagement across all channels.

Creative Strategy
Develop creative ideas and strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and business goals.

Photoshoots & Content Production
Attend shoots and events to maximise content opportunities. Contribute to planning and creative direction, scout and brief photographers or creatives, and ensure all content aligns with brand and campaign goals.

Content Planning & Platform Execution
Own the content calendar, ensuring timely, strategic posting across all channels. Coordinate with internal teams and external creatives to brief and gather content for launches, campaigns and key marketing moments.

Influencer Partnerships
Manage outreach and build strong relationships with influencers and talent. Set goals and KPIs, track their output and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.

Community Engagement
Manage and maintain all Knobby social media accounts, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity. Monitor comments and messages to foster a vibrant and engaged online community.

Performance Analysis
Track and analyse social media metrics, provide regular performance reports and use insights to refine our approach and improve results.

Collaboration & Innovation
Join in on brainstorms and help shape our content strategy. Collaborate beyond your role and take ownership of your daily goals and deliverables.

UGC & Customer Stories
Encourage and curate user-generated content, tapping into real customer stories to boost authenticity and community connection.

What We’re Looking For

Social media pro with experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

Creative storyteller who makes engaging, scroll-stopping content

Skilled in video and photo editing using Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar

Highly organised, managing calendars, briefs and multiple projects with ease

Trend-obsessed and always ahead on viral moments and platform updates

Confident on-camera and ready to hype up the community

Experienced in building and managing influencer relationships

Engaging communicator who sparks conversations and grows audiences

Data-driven thinker who uses insights to improve performance

Team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
