About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small marketing team at Conceptual Brands as a Social Media & Content Manager. In this full-time role based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns and digital content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. With a focus on creating high-impact, on-brand content across multiple social platforms, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence and growth of this innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement tailored social media strategies for both B2B and D2C audiences.
Create static and video on-trend content using Canva, CutCap and other creative tools.
Stay ahead of industry trends to produce engaging and relevant content.
Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
Develop on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms.
Craft messaging that resonates with professional salons, retailers, as well as end consumers looking for premium hair and grooming products.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages.
Identify and outreach to UGC creators and influencers that align with our brand values and audience.
Email Marketing (Mailchimp & Klaviyo)
Assist in designing compelling promotional, educational, and brand storytelling emails.
Some understanding of segmentation and personalisation strategies to target retail customers and business clients effectively.
Campaign & Performance Analytics
Track and analyse social media accounts.
Optimise content based on performance insights to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Provide data-driven recommendations for content and campaign improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
–Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite &/or Canva).
–Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.
–Ability to adapt tone of voice across multiple brands and audiences (B2B & D2C).
–Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp & Klaviyo)
–Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
–Experience working with beauty, grooming, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
–Highly organised, creative, and self-motivated.
–A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
