About the Role:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is a diverse position supporting the execution of retail communications strategies of the Lotterywest brands (product and corporate) and marketing strategy, to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role also works closely with our Trade Marketing team to support the coordination of the Point of Sale distribution to the Retail network, as well as the Scratch‘n’Win Product Development team with game development.

Key areas of focus include:

Communication and execution strategies

Brand Management and Communications

Campaign planning and scheduling

Game development planning, scheduling and communications

Intellectual Property and Data Maintenance

Sales analysis and reporting

Stakeholder communications, management and engagement

About you, you have:

Experience implementing communications plans across a broad range of media and communication channels

Experience implementing best practice principles for creative, across various media channels, in a consumer’s path to purchase.

A keen eye for data including experience in financial analysis and brand metrics to optimise marketing and brand communications effectiveness.

You love building relationships and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders

You have demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and initiate business improvement strategies, processes, and procedures.
