We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented team player to join us as an Assistant Account Executive. In this role, you won’t just be pushing paperwork - you’ll be working alongside experienced brokers to support a diverse range of clients, from local startups to established businesses, across industries such as construction, hospitality, tech, property development, retail and more.

About the Role

As an Assistant Account Executive, you'll be the right-hand to our experienced Account Executives, helping to deliver outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions to a wide range of clients and industries.

Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing experience with you, you’ll be supported every step of the way with hands-on training, mentoring and genuine opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with managing diverse client insurance portfolios including quoting, renewals, endorsements, invoicing and all relevant documentation.

Communicate with clients, insurers and key stakeholders via phone, email and face-to-face.

Support the preparation of reports, proposals and client presentations.

Learn the basics of claims management and handle general client enquiries.

Organise and attend client meetings, whilst learning about a range of different businesses and industries along the way.

Contribute to a great client experience through proactive service and attention to detail.

Learn the ropes and grow into more senior roles – including management of your own client portfolio if that’s your goal.

What We’re Looking For

You could be someone with:

Previous insurance experience, especially in broking (great, but not essential!)

Or someone who’s keen to break into the industry, with a passion for customer service and a curious mind.

Are organised, detail-oriented and a natural communicator

Are adaptable and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment

Have a strong work ethic and love working as part of a team

Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Have previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role
