What We Expect of You
A passion for culinary artistry and a desire to innovate in the kitchen.
Background in high-end restaurant or banquet kitchen is advantageous.
A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence.

Qualifications in Commercial Cookery III and IV or equivalent are preferred.
