Director Women's & Children's Services (Senior Midwifery Officer) & Patient Experience

Grampians Health is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee Women's & Children's Services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and experience. This role will drive service innovation, workforce leadership, and clinical excellence, ensuring safe, high-quality, and accessible healthcare for women, children, and families.

As a senior leader, you will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and governance, fostering collaboration across hospital services and external partners to enhance patient outcomes and service integration.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee Women's & Children's Services strategy, operations, and service delivery
• Develop and implement service plans aligned with evolving healthcare needs
• Foster collaboration with clinical teams, hospital leadership, and external stakeholders
• Ensure clinical governance, risk management, and patient safety
• Manage budgets and resources to support sustainable service delivery
